Wipfli in Eau Claire was growing their staff and knew they needed to expand their office space. They came to Commonweal to help them find a location and building that they could grow into. Commonweal worked closely with the property owners and Wipfli to find a great site with excellent exposure from Interstate 94. From there, Commonweal was integral in helping secure financing, construction administration and leasing for the additional space in this multi-tenant building. They secured M3 Insurance as tenant #2 and continue to serve as property manager for this facility.
